I have to admit, I'm kind of taking the easy way out again today. We were out of town for a funeral, then came back home and had weekend visitors. Just not a lot of creative time around here lately! But I promise, this recipe is another goodie! I saw this on Pinterest, and because of the previously mentioned busy weekend, I thought I'd make something SUPER easy for our football tailgate, and I wasn't disappointed. I'm not sure if they should be called muffins or cupcakes...but anyway, here is a picture-tutorial-recipe, they are so easy!

| INGREDIENTS: CAKE MIX, PUMPKIN PIE FILLING, MUFFIN LINERS |

| MIX TOGETHER CAKE MIX & PIE FILLING |
 |
| BATTER WILL BE THICK |
 |
| SPOON BATTER INTO MUFFIN CUPS AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20-25 MINUTES |

They were yummy! Next time I think you should try a cream cheese frosting like we were talking about! :)
